San Diego’s Best Acne Treatment

This is really the only place you can go to if you want actual results. Especially if you have combo skin and you are not looking to burn your face with rough products. I'm 35 and just had a baby but had breakouts my entire life (even did accutane). The protocols used here are VERY different from other acne providers and they even have products for anti-acne and anti-aging which I've never seen before. My skin is glowing again, I'm so grateful"

Danielle is honestly a godsend. I wanted to wait a little while to post this because my results were almost too good to be true.

I've been on the acne journey for about 10 years, and I've done it all- topicals, countless products, facials, diets, antibiotics, spironolactone, even Accutane and Photodynamic Therapy. Every time I've gone through the dreaded purge, seen some clearance, and immediately relapsed.

To echo pretty much every other review here, Danielle goes to the root of your acne. For me, it wasn't hormones or diet- it was ALL products and makeup clogging my pores! She explained the root cause of my acne in a way that totally made sense, and she has a strong science background which totally appealed to me as well.

It's been about 3 weeks since my first visit and the amount of clearance I've seen has been insane. There's no awful purge- just my skin getting better and better day by day. The facials themselves are a bit painful but totally manageable and 100% worth it. Seriously- nothing but great things to say about this clinic. It doesn't feel like you're being shilled products- while she recommends some from her carried lines, she also will be the first to say that something you already own is totally fine for you to use.

This is the best place ever! I have struggled with acne for over 10 years and tried so many products including Proactive, Murad, dermatologist recommendations, Retin-A, and two rounds of Accutane. None of them worked for me, and I felt very discouraged. I saw San Diego Acne Clinic with great reviews and decided to try it out. Ali is amazing! She is personable, thorough, and experienced. I made some dietary changes, switched to Face Reality skincare products, and drank more water. My skin has cleared up a lot with no inflammation or new acne. I had no idea that my previous skincare products were actually clogging my pores (even though they advertise otherwise), but now I know what right feels and looks like! I'm so thankful for this clinic and highly recommend all acne strugglers book an appointment! It's so worth it!

I would give Danielle more than 5 stars if I could! I searched for a solution to my breakouts for nearly 10 years and after medication after medication from dermatologists, I wanted to give up and decided this was just something that I would have to live with. I was then referred to Danielle by a coworker and later put together than 4 people I'd already known were seeing improvements with their breakouts/acne had actually been going to SDAC as well. Not only is Danielle the sweetest, but she really knows her stuff. I am always blown away by her knowledge and ability to identify different potential causes of different types and areas of breakouts. I have also recently dealt with scarring on one side of my face and saw it literally disappear after one treatment. I don't trust anyone else with my skin, and I can't recommend Danielle and the entire San Diego Acne Clinic team enough!

SD ACNE CLINIC IS THE BEST!
I have struggled with acne from my early teens into my 20's, and I could not figure out what was causing it. I tried almost everything. I visited several dermatologists, who prescribed me expensive topical creams without taking into consideration any factors about my life/diet/ or other products I was using. I felt so discouraged when none of their products would work for me.

I finally found SD acne clinic online and after reading the amazing reviews I decided to book an appointment with Ali. At the appointment she took a look at all my makeup, laundry detergent, hair products, and my diet. She was able to pin point the main causes of my breakouts. She found that my shampoo and face wash were contributing factors to my acne, and that a couple things in my diet were also big contributors. After following her advice and eliminating the contributing factors from my life- my skin has cleared almost entirely! I am so happy that I now know what causes my acne, and what I can do to clear it up.

She had me bring in all of my hair and body products, taking the time to look at all of the ingredients I was putting on my skin.
